Co-Dependency
Just as all the products featured on CHANGE IS A CHOICE
deal with change and achieving balance in life so too
do all our products deal with co-dependency in one way
or another.
Co-dependency has come to be a catch all
label meaning any life or any part of life
that is controlled by an old lie. That is
by any message a person learned early on that is less
than human-friendly. Co-dependency always has the elements
of bad boundaries, bad decisions and bad consequence.
This is true whether the labels used are dry drunk,
Adult Child, Shame based, or
Spiritually immature. They all indicate
the same process based on the learned old lie
that always leads to difficulty, loss and sorrow.
Since there is always empowerment in understanding
the more a person understands what they are dealing
with the greater is the chance of making genuine change
in their lives. In this case moving from co-dependency
with all its labels and in all its forms to a life of
increased serenity.
Topics covered in our various products on co-dependency:
- Understanding the anatomy of co-dependency
- Where co-dependency starts
- Coming to grips with our family of origin
- The effect of co-dependency on relationships
- Growing out of co-dependency
- How to work a program of change

Learning to Forgive SKU: 1018.MP3 Sometimes people are well aware of who hurt them in the past or present.
Sometimes people are well aware of who hurt them in the past or present. Often becoming self-aware (through doing understanding the past and inner child work) brings to the surface resentments long held but not consciously recognized. All hurts must be forgiven. Not to forgive is to sentence self to a ceaseless cycle of pain. Therefore it is important to know what forgiveness means and what it does not mean.

Understanding our Past SKU: 1015.MP3 We are all seeded in the past.
We are all seeded in the past. Our "old lies" were internalized in the past. Unconsciously those "old lies" became the "rails" the train of our lives traveled on. They and the decisions made from them became our "normal." Identifying what those "old lies" are, where they came from and how they gained such power in our lives is a great help in letting them go and moving on.

How Abusers Create the Next Generation SKU: V703 Violence and abuse are generational.
The fact of this generational conditioning to violence and abuse is stressed in this program. The point is strongly made that the next generation of abusers, with all the negative consequences that imply, is being created now at the hand of the client watching this program. Their responsibility for ending this cycle of destruction being visited on their children is clearly and strongly stated. Sharing of the women again greatly strengthens the point of the damage done to children by domestic violence. © 2000 Time: 29:07

How Abusers Think SKU: V702 Violence is a habit.
At the heart of every habit is a truth learned by harsh experience. This program leads the client to identify the source of this criminal, cognitive impairment. Using the client's own experience of abuse as a starting point, they are led logically and systematically to understand through structured graphs how they perpetuate this habit of violence and abuse. The client is strongly challenged to confront this habit and put an end to it. The women's sharing powerfully attests to the damage done by the men who abuse them in a manner and to a depth as only victims can. © 2000 Time: 31:19
